What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-impact technical programs including platform modernization, CI/CD improvements, and system migrations.
• Partner with Staff Engineers to convert technical strategy into clear milestones, proactively managing risks and dependencies across squads.
• Lead technical execution of M&A integrations, managing system consolidations and tech-stack alignment.
• Create alignment across Engineering, Product, and Security by introducing scalable planning and communication mechanisms.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility and drive engineering accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Strong technical fluency across SDLC, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and architecture trade-offs.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills for working with Staff Engineers and executive leadership.
• Bias for action and a service mindset focused on team effectiveness.

Nice to have

• Experience driving post-merger technical integrations and system migrations.
• Background in live entertainment, ticketing, or high-volume e-commerce industries.
• Experience working in distributed, multi-time-zone organizations.
