What you will do

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Foster an engineering culture of ownership, collaboration, and quality within the mobile apps domain.
• Collaborate with product and architecture counterparts to align technical goals with product vision.
• Advocate for and implement modern agile software development practices to improve delivery.
• Drive technical excellence, prioritizing application performance and system stability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Extensive background in developing mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
• Deep knowledge of modern agile practices and their implementation at scale.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Malta.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the gaming/iGaming industry.
