What you will do

• Oversee PLC commissioning, documentation, and the customer acceptance process.
• Carry out on-site internal tests including I/O tests, Profinet configuration, and functional checks.
• Document control-related tasks and ensure service functionality against specifications.
• Obtain customer approvals for functional and test specifications.
• Support project and system integration managers with material flow system integration.
• Ensure all required functions are tested and accepted by the customer.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, control engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Siemens TIA software, including safety programming.
• Expertise in drives, including frequency and servo drives.
• Experience in network configuration such as Profinet and AS-i.
• Familiarity with PLC programming languages like Ladder and STL.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 100–150 days per year.

• Knowledge of barcode readers, light curtains, and industrial networks.
