Group Business Continuity Manager

TL;DR

Group Business Continuity Manager (Business Continuity): Developing and implementing a holistic operational resilience framework for the RBI Group with an accent on crisis management policies, KPI definition, and regulatory compliance. Focus on building strong relationships with business units and critical stakeholders to ensure continuous operation of business-critical processes across the network.

Location: Must be based in Austria (with 30 days/year remote work from any EU country allowed).

Salary: Starting at €60,000 gross p.a.

What you will do

• Define and implement a Business Continuity framework for the Head Office and the wider RBI Group.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Execute activities within the BCMS-Lifecycle, primarily focusing on Austrian subsidiaries.
• Develop and implement crisis management policies and oversee the crisis management process.
• Collaborate closely with the Security area, business units, and critical stakeholders.
• Travel to countries served by the RBI Group as required by the role.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Business Continuity Management concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
• Practical experience in a regulatory environment and business-related processes.
• English: Excellent command of written and spoken English required.
• Understanding of ISO 223xx standards or BCI certification.
• Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Austria (with flexibility for remote work).
