Location: Must be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with valid work authorization

Salary: $1,300 USD per month

What you will do

• Develop instructional design frameworks, facilitator guides, and learning materials for blended training.
• Coordinate communication with CPD centers, including managing MoUs and budget planning.
• Track training expenditures and review financial reports to ensure program accountability.
• Provide technical support and coordination to field implementers.
• Plan and execute blended training sessions for Health Extension Workers.

Requirements

• Must be located in and have work authorization in Ethiopia.
• Bachelor’s degree in public health or a related field.
• Professional experience in field program coordination or community health.
• Demonstrated experience working within national and sub-national health systems.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and build consensus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Master’s degree in public health or a related field.
