What you will do
- Define, standardize, and optimize global procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Develop and maintain global procurement process standards and policies.
- Drive process harmonization across different regions and business units.
- Collaborate with category managers and suppliers to ensure strategic sourcing alignment.
- Partner with IT to enable digital procurement solutions and automation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in global procurement and process optimization.
- English: Good spoken and written proficiency required.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement tools.
