What you will do

  • Build and own the master program roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
  • Drive delivery from MVP to scaling, managing dependencies, risks, and cross-functional timelines.
  • Coordinate efforts between business, product, analytics, and technology teams across multiple entities.
  • Facilitate alignment between leadership teams and establish robust governance and decision-making frameworks.
  • Partner with Strategy and Finance teams to shape business cases and support C-level decision-making.
  • Track program KPIs and ensure expected outcomes are achieved post-launch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior/Lead Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale cross-functional or cross-company initiatives.
  • Strong ability to transform ambiguous business challenges into structured plans.
  • Experience managing dependencies and delivery under uncertainty in matrix organizations.
  • Ability to influence and drive progress without direct authority.
  • Strong business mindset with confidence working alongside technology teams.

Nice to have

  • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and data architecture concepts.
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership and facilitating executive-level decision-making.
