What you will do

• Lead the strategy and design of end-to-end experiences and visual interfaces across the product suite.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and rapid prototypes to convey and test solutions.
• Analyze complex problems using user research and feedback to distill them into intuitive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with the product vision.
• Mentor aspiring designers through constructive criticism and professional support.
• Develop reusable design assets and core components to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer creating digital products from ideation to production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving processes and end results.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Deep knowledge of design theory, including layout, balancing, contrast, and typography.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the office in Ayala, Makati.
• Work shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
