What you will do

• Manage all consulting stages including presales, product demonstrations, analysis, and implementation.
• Analyze customer business processes and evaluate them against standard Dynamics 365 functionality.
• Document business requirements and develop functional design documents to guide the development process.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
• Liaise between clients, developers, and product vendors to ensure technical and functional standards are met.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide production support and stay updated on new D365 features.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malaysia for hybrid work arrangement.
• Subject matter expertise in D365 F&O with a specific focus on the Finance module and full project implementation experience.
• Proven experience in developing functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, configuration, and testing using Microsoft Sure Step or similar methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
