What you will do

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, including presales, analysis, configuration, and training.
• Evaluate client business processes against standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Document business requirements and develop functional design documents.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide production support.
• Collaborate with global teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain deep expertise in the latest D365 F&O features and technology.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taiwan.
• Extensive experience as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O with a focus on SCM, WMS, and Production modules.
• Proven track record of full project implementation experience.
• Strong ability to create high-quality functional documentation and gather requirements.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
