What you will do

• Design, develop, and test rocket propulsion systems applying thermodynamic, fluid dynamic, and structural principles.
• Lead propulsion projects at the system engineering level, managing technical interfaces and verification activities.
• Define system requirements and maintain technical baseline documentation and configuration control.
• Mentor and coach entry-level engineers to build internal propulsion capability.
• Support additive manufacturing, laser welding, and heat treatment activities to ensure components meet specifications.
• Prepare and review technical data packages, including drawings, specifications, and interface control documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in rocket propulsion development.
• Experience developing and producing Solid Rocket Motor Data packs.
• Experience developing solid propellant rocket motors for missile applications.
• Thorough understanding of systems engineering processes.
• Strong technical communication skills for liaising with suppliers and customers.
