What you will do

• Lead contributions to hirify.global Studio, a complex React/Redux application.
• Build workflow tools to enable map designers to create beautiful maps more efficiently.
• Solve complex architecture problems in an extensible and maintainable way.
• Collaborate in the design process, attending critiques and providing technical guidance based on constraints.
• Reduce technical debt, optimize application performance, and accelerate feature velocity.
• Ensure operational excellence through meticulous testing, monitoring, and on-call support.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building full-featured client-side applications using React and TypeScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and complex state management using Redux.
• Extensive experience integrating RESTful APIs and functional understanding of AWS.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Playwright or Jest.
• Ability to independently navigate the full development lifecycle from design to production.
• Strong desire to mentor peers and engage in pair programming.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Sophisticated understanding of memory management and rendering efficiency for data-intensive applications.
• Prior experience working with web mapping technologies or geospatial data visualization.
