What you will do

• Develop and refine key features for Web applications to improve overall functionality and user experience.
• Build high-quality end-to-end product experiences and improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Lead the team in executing both short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to ensure scalability and reliability of systems.
• Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders across the company to ship products on strong foundations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years dedicated to React.
• Deep understanding of React principles and patterns (compound, presentational, and HOC).
• Experience implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for high data load applications.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving decision-making across engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Track record of leading frontend platform development in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience creating offline or desktop applications using Electron or Tauri.
• Experience in high-volume data processing.
• Fluency in English.
