What you will do

• Perform rubber liner pressing according to work orders, codes, specifications, and standards.
• Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes required for pressing.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Control, Safety, and Maintenance departments.
• Maintain workshop order and cleanliness following 5S principles.
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with company labor practices and HSE standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Press Operator.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, metrology, calculations, and quality control.
• Proficiency in operating power tools such as grinders and angle grinders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of specific liner models to be pressed.
• Experience with rubber milling and lamination processes.
