Location: Onsite in Chilca, Lima, Peru

What you will do

  • Provide independent monitoring and auditing of the site Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance.
  • Lead and support ISO certification and surveillance activities (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
  • Analyze customer complaints, support investigations, and drive robust corrective actions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for QA/NDT escalations and major problem-solving.
  • Monitor quality performance trends and translate insights into SMART improvement plans.
  • Champion a QA culture through coaching, mentoring, and training on standards and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical or related).
  • 10+ years in a senior quality role within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO implementation and audit leadership.
  • Advanced level English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and senior leaders in operational environments.

Nice to have

  • Lean / Six Sigma qualifications.
  • Lead Auditor and/or NDT certifications.
