What you will do

• Perform manufacturing and maintenance of internal and external foundry models according to procedures.
• Execute model inspections using 3D scanners and traditional inspection tools.
• Prepare model drawings and 3D models based on foundry design requirements.
• Develop required gauge drawings to ensure total dimensional compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date model and inspection records.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement to reduce waste.

Requirements

• Technical degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing fields.
• At least 3 years of experience working with foundry models in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software and 3D modelling.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Must be based in or able to work at the Chilca Foundry, Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience in foundry, heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or mining wear products.
• Intermediate or conversational English proficiency.
