What you will do

• Lead the full telecommunications sourcing process, including supplier selection, price negotiations, and contract execution.
• Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective regional procurement strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with critical vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor team members to enhance procurement organizational capabilities and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed procurement reports on workload, savings, and project outcomes.
• Educate internal requesters on procurement processes and corporate policies.

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
• 3+ years of experience in a procurement leadership role.
• Proven experience working with the Telecommunications spend category.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
