Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA or San Francisco, CA
Salary: $240,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the roadmap and execution for the Infrastructure organization, including Core Services, Developer Experience, and Security pods.
- Translate business scaling, security, and compliance requirements (SOC 2, FedRAMP, GDPR) into concrete, prioritized engineering projects.
- Act as the primary interface between the Infrastructure org and internal consumers, such as product engineering and data science teams.
- Drive the adoption and internal evangelism of shared libraries, SDKs, and infrastructure services to prevent one-off solutions.
- Coordinate high-impact cross-functional initiatives, including unified data access libraries and Auth0 migration.
- Define and track key infrastructure metrics, including query latency, pipeline duration, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in infrastructure, platform, or developer tools.
- Strong technical fluency in event buses, CDC lag, RBAC, and general system architecture.
- Proven experience implementing compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP.
- Ability to manage extreme ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly across multiple technical domains.
- Experience working with small, high-leverage engineering teams.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City or San Francisco, CA.
Nice to have
- 3+ years focused on ML/AI products, MLOps, or data systems.
- Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, reinforcement learning, or synthetic data generation.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Security, or a related technical field.
- Fluency with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
