What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms to drive buyer engagement and purchases.
• Build interactive challenges and reward systems, including promotions and virtual point systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative features for the buyer ecosystem.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and improve user experience.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between frontend interfaces and backend services.

Requirements

• Must be based in China
• 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (no translation apps).
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing features rapidly.
