What you will do

• Define the long-term vision, priorities, and maturity roadmap for the company's Data function.
• Establish company-wide data standards, governance, and clear metrics for ownership and data quality.
• Design and implement a unified client data model connecting financial, behavioral, and interaction data.
• Build and scale the operating model for how business functions collaborate with the BI team.
• Deliver advanced analytical capabilities including predictive segmentation, attribution modeling, and experimentation frameworks.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of analysts and data specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI, including leadership of a company-wide data function.
• Proven experience defining data strategy, governance standards, and analytical maturity roadmaps.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and modern BI/visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and experience designing unified customer data models.
• Experience operating in regulated, compliance-heavy environments (fintech, banking, or insurance).
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment platforms or digital financial products.
• Background in building self-service analytics or embedded analyst operating models.
• Experience scaling data capabilities in high-growth or transformation-stage companies.
• Relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
