What you will do

• Lead requirement management using business process modeling and value stream analysis.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and standardize requirements for MES/MOM projects.
• Develop comprehensive system blueprints and detailed functional/database designs.
• Supervise R&D teams to ensure development outputs align with design specifications.
• Guide system deployment, training, and troubleshooting during the go-live phase.
• Provide technical support for pre-sales activities, including scope definition and workload estimation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES, or MOM fields.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 full-cycle MES/MOM or smart factory projects.
• Expertise in requirement research, business blueprinting, and functional specification drafting.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to cross-functional departments including production, quality, and IT.
• Strong documentation skills for technical specifications, test materials, and presentations.
