What you will do

• Validate complex survey logic, including pickers, maxdiffs, and conjoins, ensuring error-free execution.
• Supervise and support the team, acting as a backup for the Team Lead in project assignments and escalations.
• Train and mentor junior-level testers to enhance their skill sets and performance.
• Coordinate directly with programmers and project managers to resolve unclear requirements.
• Conduct mobile testing and ensure all projects meet client standards and deadlines.
• Formulate recommendations to improve questionnaire logic and testing processes.
