What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems that power the core platform.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to move features from concept to production.
• Learn and adopt new tools while gradually taking on greater ownership of system components.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships and projects are accepted).
• Solid programming fundamentals with proficiency in at least one backend language such as Go, Python, or Node.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about complex system architecture and a desire to learn.
• Must be located in North or South America to align with the team.
