What you will do

• Analyze and select bloggers on YouTube and Instagram based on campaign goals.
• Negotiate cooperation terms and payment with influencers and their agents.
• Develop and implement media plans for advertising placements.
• Monitor campaign execution, content quality, and deadlines.
• Evaluate effectiveness through statistical analysis and reporting.
• Optimize costs and test new technical and creative hypotheses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a media buyer or influencer manager.
• Proven track record with influencer traffic on Instagram, X, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
• Experience in Igaming, Dating, Betting, or Nutra verticals.
• Demonstrated positive ROI on daily turnovers of $1,000+.
• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian languages.
• English level B1 or higher.
