What you will do

• Support managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Analyze job requirements and identify future organizational competence needs.
• Write and publish engaging job advertisements to attract top talent.
• Lead competency-based interviews and administer psychometric tests.
• Manage the offer process and coordinate the pre-boarding stage.
• Organize and participate in employer branding events across Norway.

Requirements

• Education or work experience in psychology, human resources, business administration, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
• Ability to obtain security clearance from the Norwegian National Security Authority or Civil Aviation Authority.
• Proactive, methodical, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong planning and structured communication skills.
