Software/Firmware Engineering Intern (Embedded)

What you will do

• Customize Linux to run on embedded systems.
• Implement firmware for complex hardware designs.
• Perform hardware bringup, characterization, and verification.
• Work with communications, signal processing, forward error correction, Ethernet, and OTN technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience implementing firmware for FPGA and microcontroller devices.
• Knowledge of embedded Linux and real-time operating systems.
• Ability to interpret hardware designs.
• Eligibility to access technology and software subject to U.S. export control laws; an export license review may be required.
