What you will do
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, including biometric access control systems and visitor registration.
- Supervise parking allocation and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain company agreements, invoices, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Manage office stock, inventory, and oversee the condition of the office and necessary technical repairs.
- Coordinate office space and equipment allocation while monitoring cleaning standards.
- Manage suppliers and assist with daily procurement tasks.
Requirements
- Secondary education.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Bulgarian.
- High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
