TL;DR
Senior Frontend Developer (TypeScript/Lit): Building secure, high-performance web applications for a leading Nordic financial group with an accent on modular frontend architecture and real-time data processing. Focus on designing complex user interfaces using Web Components, optimizing Core Web Vitals, and integrating REST/GraphQL APIs.
Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (2-3 days per week from the office)
Salary: 900-1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Architect and implement complex, interactive user interfaces and SPAs using TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Develop modular Web Components using Lit to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Optimize application performance and improve Core Web Vitals for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs while ensuring reliability and security.
- Conduct code reviews, performance audits, and mentor other frontend developers.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Professional experience with Web Components and Lit.
- Solid understanding of Node.js and the npm ecosystem.
- Experience writing unit tests with Vitest.
- Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.
Nice to have
- Experience with Playwright.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with Kafka or MQ systems.
- Experience with NinjaFork.
