What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants to ensure timely and professional communication.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships focused on retention and business growth.
• Collect, verify, and manage KYC/AML and corporate documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to facilitate the successful integration and setup of payment solutions.
• Analyze client performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance transaction efficiency.
• Prepare contracts and support negotiation and approval workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Basic understanding of payment systems, such as acquiring and payment gateways.
• Proficiency in CRM software and client management tools.
• Languages: English and Russian.
• Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia for hybrid work.
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial services is a strong advantage.
