What you will do

• Partner with leadership to define organizational structure and workforce planning.
• Operationalize performance review frameworks and leadership development programs.
• Strengthen employee engagement, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, incentive design, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, including Saudization requirements.
• Build and mentor the HR team while establishing scalable operating standards.

Requirements

• Saudi national required
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience in high-growth, multinational organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices across the MENA region.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Experience building HR infrastructure and processes in scaling environments.
