What you will do

• Build AI-powered internal tools and prototypes using Microsoft Copilot and Claude Code.
• Benchmark and evaluate LLM agents for insurance-specific workflows such as claims triage and policy issuance.
• Automate repetitive SDLC operations including coding, testing, and documentation using agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify AI automation opportunities within the ecosystem.
• Create live demos and proof-of-concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all AI tools comply with Qatar Central Bank and Group IT governance standards.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to iterate fast using AI tools, favoring prompting and prototyping over extensive documentation.
• Curiosity about how AI can transform insurance and fintech products.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in Qatar (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or automation tools.
