What you will do

• Follow established guidelines and SOPs to assist new clients with onboarding and go-live processes.
• Document and process technical issues with high precision to ensure accurate capture of details.
• Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
• Communicate technical concepts and problems effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Assist in the evaluation and integration of generative AI tools and platforms into existing workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to utilize generative AI tools effectively.
• Commitment to an internship schedule of 3 days (24 hours) per week for a minimum duration of 6 months.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the components and structures of a URL.
• Understanding of networking, databases, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Japanese language proficiency.
