What you will do

• Partner with regional HR leadership to execute the growth roadmap and workforce planning for the Brazil Success Hub.
• Lead culture-fit assessments for final-stage candidates to ensure alignment with core company values.
• Design and oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for Brazil-based employees.
• Manage local HR operations, ensuring strict compliance with Brazilian Labor Law (CLT).
• Mentor and manage the Senior HR Operations Specialist to maintain high-quality administrative support.

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the tech sector or a high-growth environment.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian Labor Laws (CLT) and local HR best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Workday and Google Workspace.
