What you will do

• Create high-quality photorealistic assets based on concepts and game design guidelines.
• Manage full-cycle production of buildings, environments, and props.
• Ensure all art assets meet technical standards and visual quality for AAA projects.
• Conduct asset reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistent quality.
• Collaborate with customers on production stages, requirements, and pipeline solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level artists, providing feedback and supporting their growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in high-quality 3D environment and prop asset production.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, including asset importing, testing, and Blueprint preparation.
• Solid understanding of AAA production standards and the Nanite pipeline.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender, ZBrush, and the Substance suite.
• English: Good working level required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
