What you will do

• Gather and analyze data requirements across business divisions to support a centralized, self-service data platform.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Lead the end-to-end migration, reconciliation, and validation of five critical data domains.
• Maintain ownership of existing data reporting and operational support, resolving data quality issues.
• Contribute to foundational Data Strategy initiatives including Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage, and data cataloging.
• Develop high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI (DAX and SQL) for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in data-driven product environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Databricks for data analysis.
• Expertise in technical documentation using Confluence, including process flows and functional specifications.
• Proven experience leading UAT activities and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of data governance practices, including MDM, RBAC/ABAC, and PII compliance.
• Must possess appropriate rights and documentation for employment in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Experience in the trading, financial services, or fintech domain.
• Understanding of MetaQuotes trading platforms and related ecosystems.
