What you will do

• Lead video projects from concept to final delivery across various brands.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content optimized for digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and on-air talent to represent brand identity.
• Make critical editorial decisions under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members and freelancers on set and during post-production.
• Coordinate production logistics, including equipment management and budget administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video production, shooting, and editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the broader Creative Suite.
• Experience with professional camera systems, specifically the Sony ecosystem.
• Valid passport and, for non-EU citizens, a valid work permit for Ireland.
• Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel for productions.
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and digital trends.
