Application Support Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365): Providing comprehensive L1/L2 support for enterprise application systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with an accent on troubleshooting, system optimization, and cross-platform integrations. Focus on resolving complex technical issues for global staff, managing support tickets, and ensuring stability during system go-live periods.
Location: Onsite in Nairobi, Kenya

What you will do
- Provide Level 1/2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with end-users, vendors, and technical teams.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization improvements.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets through the ticketing system.
- Document issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the knowledge base for users and technical staff.
- Support integrations between D365 F&O and systems such as Kyriba, Emburse, FastPath, and SK Global.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application or functional support.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Experience supporting ERP or financial management systems.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.
- Experience with Workday, Power BI, and other enterprise tools.
- Experience working in the NGO or nonprofit sector, especially in distributed or low-bandwidth environments.
