What you will do

• Lead global CSR Management and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, functional owners, and program managers.
• Define and maintain CSR Management processes, strategies, and baseline structures in collaboration with the Project Requirements Manager.
• Conduct gap analyses for new document versions to identify changes and define tool-based rules for requirements analysis.
• Represent CSR Management during IATF and ASPICE process reviews and audits.
• Organize and execute training on CSR Management processes and tooling.
• Measure and report requirements analysis progress and project KPIs.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of requirements management and standard processes.
• Strong understanding of IATF standards, related governmental agency documents, and customer requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools and configuration management (specifically baselining).
• Knowledge of process models such as Automotive SPICE (ASPICE).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
