What you will do

• Build and lead the global P2P procurement function from the ground up.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewal processes.
• Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to optimize value.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and monitor procurement KPIs.
• Manage procurement systems, purchasing workflows, and approval processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing and leading P2P processes as an individual contributor.
• Previous experience in a global high-tech or SaaS company.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Fluent English and Hebrew - both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with procurement and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up procurement structures, systems, and processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with software, cloud, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity procurement.
• Knowledge of compliance, security, and procurement governance standards.
