What you will do

• Lead end-to-end user research, including strategy, participant recruitment, and usability testing.
• Define UX strategies, personas, user flows, and wireframes to guide product development.
• Design intuitive, high-fidelity interfaces and maintain the product design system.
• Establish design processes and rituals to integrate design into the product development lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Present research insights and design proposals to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end product design and user research.
• Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product insights.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to senior management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Singapore.
