TL;DR
Senior Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors): Leading and delivering end-to-end compensation and variable pay implementations for clients with an accent on reward process optimization and system configuration. Focus on designing complex compensation cycles, ensuring seamless integration with Employee Central, and providing expert advisory to HR and IT stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid in France (up to 3 days working from home available after 6 months of seniority)

What you will do
- Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design Compensation & Variable Pay solutions.
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including templates, guidelines, eligibility rules, and budgets.
- Drive end-to-end implementation phases from exploration to deployment, including merit increases and bonus planning.
- Ensure technical integration with Employee Central and other payroll or SAP HCM systems.
- Manage client stakeholders and provide strategic advice on compensation usage and reward strategies.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Center of Expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay certifications.
- French: mother tongue or bilingual proficiency.
- English: C1 or C2 proficiency.
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and facilitating client-facing workshops.
- Strong understanding of total rewards strategy and HR processes.
Nice to have
- SAP Incentives Management Certification.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, or German.
