What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop up to 3 cross-functional teams of software engineers.
• Act as the primary link between product management and engineering to ensure clear product plans and delivery.
• Facilitate an environment that fosters both soft and technical skill improvement for team members.
• Identify and resolve team dysfunctions or anti-patterns impacting performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to align team strategy with business goals.
• Ensure software delivery meets high standards for security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of engineering experience
• Minimum 2+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of J2EE, Spring, microservices, and cloud-native development
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices
• Background in security testing
