What you will do

• Lead clinical input for new product launches and market expansion within the Japanese market.
• Build and scale a high-quality network of Japanese practitioners, including screening and onboarding processes.
• Establish systems for rostering, utilization, and performance management of the operations workforce.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks and safety protocols aligned with Japanese regulations.
• Lead incident and complaint management, including triage, escalation, and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with global and local teams across product, pharmacy partners, and patient support.

Requirements

• Experience in operations and/or strategy within a rapidly scaling organization.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams or processes in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in Japanese (native level).
• Proficient in English for working with global teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
