What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A departments.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive hiring strategies and align on organizational needs.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to report progress to business leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Legal to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Initiate and implement creative, scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
• Experience filling a variety of roles including Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
• Proven ability to identify and qualify candidates through LinkedIn and other creative methods.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Must be based in and work on-site in Guatemala.
• High sense of urgency and a strong work ethic to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
