What you will do

• Perform labeling of clinical notes for AI model training (approximately 95% of the role).
• Provide clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF EMR.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for the quality review of AI products.
• Align with and suggest improvements to labeling rules to enhance product quality.
• Complete required security, clinical, and HR training.

Requirements

• Clinical degree (RN, NP) with at least 5 years of acute or LTPAC clinical experience.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Familiarity with AI healthcare terminology, including LLM, NLP, and hallucinations.
• Proof of clinical license verification.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and medical terminology.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical software, predictive intelligence, and EHR systems.
• Previous experience in data labeling or clinical software customer support.
• Familiarity with hirify.global EHR.
