TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing and expanding a book of medium and large business customers with an accent on full-cycle sales, pipeline generation, and strategic account growth. Focus on executing sales strategies for international markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue in the AI-powered communications space.

Location: Must be based in Armenia (Hybrid). Role requires working an evening shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM Armenia time, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of medium and large business accounts.
  • Build and execute outbound sales motions to generate a personal pipeline.
  • Own inbound opportunities from initial contact through to closing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, aligning Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and implement expansion strategies and renewal plays for existing accounts.
  • Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with international customers during evening hours.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Fluent professional English (written and spoken) for discovery, demos, and negotiations.
  • Must be able to work the evening shift (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM Armenia time) consistently.
  • Proven ability to prospect and generate pipeline independently.
  • Strong project management skills to drive momentum across multi-threaded deals.
  • Familiarity with the contact center, BPO, or customer experience industry.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into BPOs, contact centers, or CX teams.
  • Experience selling AI, voice, or productivity SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
