What you will do

• Create visually stunning User Acquisition creatives and marketing assets tailored to different games.
• Collaborate with Marketing and UA leadership to translate artistic visions into impactful motion graphics.
• Research competitors' strategies and analyze references to inform creative decisions.
• Work with 2D/3D artists and animators to solve visual challenges during production.
• Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion design projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level artists to foster team growth and studio capability.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse and creative motion graphics projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proven experience in guiding and mentoring less senior motion artists.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and design aesthetics.
• Effective project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3D animation.
• Experience with Unity.
