TL;DR

People & Culture Operations Manager (HR Operations): Managing HR administration, global payroll inputs, and policy coordination for MTG HQ and business units with an accent on operational accuracy and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on leading HRIS transition, managing HR budgets, and ensuring compliance across a global workforce.

Location: Hybrid (Stockholm, Sweden). Must be able to work from the Stockholm office two days per week.

What you will do

  • Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, and signature processes.
  • Coordinate global payroll inputs for ~50 FTEs and prepare accurate bonus memos.
  • Take ownership of documentation for global incentive plans and maintain global HR policies.
  • Manage the MTG HQ HR budget and relationships with external HR vendors.
  • Lead the transition to a new group HRIS, overseeing data migration, testing, and dashboard management.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Tax, and Finance functions on cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a broad HR generalist or HR operations role in Europe.
  • Strong drafting skills for professional documents and executive presentations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills for working with data.
  • Fluent or native-level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working in an international, matrixed, or listed-company environment.
  • Experience in gaming, tech, or other fast-paced international businesses.
