Что делать

• Design and develop self-service solutions for creating new services, environments, accesses, and integrations.
• Develop the architecture of the IDP: portal, workflow engine, service catalog, integrations with GitLab, CI/CD, Kubernetes.
• Design and implement Golden-Path templates (repositories, pipelines, manifests, alerts) and policies/guardrails.
• Work with developers and the platform team to measure and improve DevEx (lead time, number of manual operations, release stability).

• Confident command of Go or another backend development language.
• Experience with various databases.
• Effective interaction with colleagues from related departments.
• Readiness for complex, non-trivial tasks.
