What you will do

• Manage daily accounts payable, supplier invoices, bank transactions, and expense claims.
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities under Austrian (UGB), UK, and US GAAP.
• Handle European VAT logic on incoming invoices and maintain audit readiness.
• Serve as the key contact for NetSuite troubleshooting, user support, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding of Austrian accounting principles (UGB) and VAT rules.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with NetSuite.
• Exposure to UK GAAP or US GAAP.
